I start by see if you qualify for any first-time home buyer programs , then look at all the loan types (FHA, Convention, USDA, and VA loans) to see what is the best fit for you. Everyone has different life situations. It is important to have that initial 5-minute conversations to understand your goals, so I can help advise on how to get into a new home. Less than perfect credit, construction/repair loans, large down payment, little down/no payments, Self-employed, I have helped all types of people and their situations. I have 10 years of Experience in the Mortgage industry. I have a finance degree and an MBA from Ashland University. I have personally gone through the life changes of buying my first home and refinancing that home. I want to treat you like family to make the biggest purchase of your life as smooth as possible.
