Liberty Home Mortgage will use best efforts and diligently respond to a verifiable consumer request on or before 45 days of receipt. Should unusual circumstances dictate that additional time (up to 90 days) is warranted, Liberty Home Mortgage will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
