Liberty Home Mortgage will use best efforts and diligently respond to a verifiable consumer request on or before 45 days of receipt. Should unusual circumstances dictate that additional time (up to 90 days) is warranted, Liberty Home Mortgage will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Liberty Home Mortgage will deliver a written response by mail or electronically, at Liberty Home Mortgage’s option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.
