I have been originating loans for over 5 years. The majority of people in America do a mortgage related transaction every five years. So, I approach every new client as a lifetime client, not just a one time transaction. My current client is list is 90% people I have worked with in the past and over the last several years I have a 98% closing ratio on loans I have put into processing. That should speak volumes about my commitment to closing loans the right way and building lifelong relationships.
